Insurance
Dr. Cuttler accepts auto accident, worker's compensation, CDPHP, Empire Plan, and patients who choose or do not have insurance and want to pay out of pocket at 185 Lape Road in North Greenbush. There is no copay with auto accident or worker's compensation insurance.
CDPHP will have a copay, but is determined by your contract or employer's contract. We will call for you to verify your benefits. Dr. Cuttler also treats patients out of a second office in Menands. At Dr. Cuttler's Menands location, he will treat patients with all types of insurance.
